Media plan preparation

The team immerses themselves in the project from the very beginning, even during the briefing stage. We work on ideas and immediately discard potentially unworkable ones, marking what will be tested. In the media plan, you will never see a simple list of channels; it always includes well-thought-out full-fledged campaigns with detailed targets and metrics. The most important aspect is the absence of guarantees of the result laid out in the media plan. At first glance, this may seem bad, but in reality, it shows real expertise because, in marketing, even in the same category, results can vary widely depending on both the product and the advertising. "Power-UP" always works to the maximum, not just to spend the budget.


Campaign Launch

Often it takes place in a hurry because everyone needs results "yesterday," but they try to set optimal deadlines for collecting semantics, writing ads since the launch phase is critically important for any advertising system. The better you work on campaigns at the beginning, the better the metrics will be, and the cheaper each subsequent click will be.


Optimization

There are no downtime periods in their work, whether it's ad testing, landing pages, or launching new channels—it's all done continuously, not pushed by the client but based on their initiative.


Reporting

One of the most important points. I have long made it a rule for myself that I will never work with contractors who provide reports in Excel or presentations—only online, only dynamic. What colleagues are particularly valuable for is that all reporting is done in Google Data Studio. Since I work with them on multiple projects, I can say that the reporting for each client is different because the user path is different for everyone, and this is taken into account when creating reports. Also, if we see the need, reports are further refined.


Analytics

The team does not start cooperation until analytics is set up, which is very valuable for both them and the client. Budgets are not wasted in vain, and you can immediately track the results.
